Hiring services of Filipe Palma Aventura is subject to the following terms and conditions:
A - Reservation
- A service is considered reserved only after such reservation has been requested by mail or e-mail, and 50% of the total amount of the tour has been paid.
- Acceptance of the reservation is dependent on the availability of the requested service.
B – Changes
- Any changes requested by the client are subject to the the availability. Filipe Palma Aventura will do its best to meet the clients’ requests.
- Changing a program may change the price agreed for the initial tour.
- Filipe Palma reserves the right to cancel or amend any tour due to road, water or weather conditions.
- If the tour is canceled by the company due to such circumstances, the client will not be charged.
C – Payment
- 50% of the service’s price is due to be paid when reserving.
- The remaining 50% are to be paid at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the tour.
- Payments may be in cash or through check of bank transfer. All costs resulting from bank transfers to be paid by the client.

D – Cancelation
- Cancelation of a reservation is subject to the following conditions:
- Cancelation done 30 days or more from the beginning of the tour: full payment to be returned by Filipe Palma Aventura except bank transfers costs.
- Cancelation done less than 30 days and more than 15 days from the beginning of the tour: 50% of full payment to be returned.
- Cancelation less than 15 days from the beginning of the tour: full payment to be made by the client.
